Quit a bad habbit i held.

Also

Excersize daily, Even though i think it is gonna kill me.

Drinking over a gallon of water a day

Quit Drinking soda, Coffee, Any drink that in composition is not organic, With one exception, Gatoraide, aside from that i drink, Water and milk.

Cut down on snacking,

Taking dietary supplements.

Blah.

So yeah, Important announcement for all of you.

As of january 4th of 2006 I have been accepted to attend the Police Academy Of Morganton NC.

I begin class on the 17th and the draw back is this, I will not be able to attend Talan or any other weekend activity for at least 4 months.

I wanted to inform everone here because i see you as my extended family, And heck, Maybe costello could use a head of security after I get out.

Loads of love, See you all as soon as possible.
